“Little Butler” intelligent reagent management software is developed based on the Android system，the hardware consists of a main cabinet and auxiliary cabinets，the main cabinet is embedded with a 15.6inch touch screen，and features reagent inbound and outbound management，operator permission management，facial recognition，reagent weighing，label printing，data export，environmental data query and other functions，one main cabinet can control multiple auxiliary cabinets，the access records of reagents in the auxiliary cabinets are operated through the main cabinet system，and the data is automatically uploaded，at the same time，both the main cabinet and auxiliary cabinets are equipped with waste gas adsorption and purification functions，multiple alarms（including fan failure alarm，filter saturation alarm，VOCexceedance alarm，etc.）functions，so that managers can more accurately understand the access information of hazardous chemicals，query access records，reagent usage details，achieve traceability of hazardous chemicals，and improve the safety of hazardous chemical management。

IIISoftware Function Introduction

3.1The reagent management system embedded in the main cabinet includes：login module、weighing module、label printing and identification module、inbound storage、collection/return、scrapping/recycling、usage record query、MSDSdata query、 environmental data detection and other functional modules；

3.2Login module：includes multiple login methods such as password login，face recognition login，RFIDcard login， users can choose one or more login methods；

3.3Weighing module：the weighing module supports automatic upload of stable data without manual input by the user，range 6000g，accuracy 0.1g，

3.4Label identification module：the system has a built-in RFIDlabel identification module or QR code label printing and identification module，and the system also supports label reprinting or supplementary entry；  

3.5Inbound management：supports one-click inbound storage for single items and batches，records inbound and outbound information in detail，and enables traceability tracking of reagent and consumable usage；
