Developed according to the national standard GB5009.225-2016 "National Food Safety Standard Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Wine":

     Content: This standard replaces GB/T5009.48-2003 "Analysis Method for Hygienic Standard of Distilled Spirits and Blended Wines", GB/T394.2-2008 "General Analysis Method for Alcohol", GB/T4928-2008 "Analysis Method for Beer", GB/T15038-2006 "General Analysis Method for Grape and Fruit Wine", GB/T10345-2007 The determination methods of alcohol content in 9 national standards, including “Analysis Methods for Liquor”, GB/T13662-2008 “Yellow Wine”, GB/T11856-2008 “Brandy”, GB/T11857-2008 “Whiskey”, and GB/T11858-2008 “Vodka (Odeka)”.
Compared with GB/T5009.48-2003, the main changes of this standard are as follows:
———The name of the standard is changed to “National Food Safety Standard Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Wine”;
———The scope of the standard is modified;
———The density bottle method, gas chromatography method and digital density meter method are added.

▲ Anti-overdose protection: At the end of distillation, the built-in end point self-locking system opens and closes the distillate outlet to prevent the experiment from failing due to excessive distillation.
