R&D Background:


In the distillation projects such as food, some testing projects are relatively special, and the collected distillate needs to be received in an ice bath, such as testing the alcohol content in liquor, N-nitrosamines in food, etc. The distillation process is relatively complicated, and it is necessary to steam distill the sample to be tested, and at the same time, the collected distillate needs to be received in an ice bath at the receiving end to prevent the organic components of the liquid to be tested from volatilizing again.


At present, most domestic laboratories use pure manual methods to carry out experimental operations for such projects. The whole process is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and the simple experimental equipment used has many disadvantages. Ice cubes or simple ice-water mixtures are often used for ice baths, but they lose their effectiveness over time and need to be replaced.


Therefore, it is particularly important to develop an experimental equipment that can automatically receive ice baths and automatically perform steam distillation.

1. The sample container uses a 1000ml round-bottom custom flask with good sealing effect and is not prone to violent boiling;
