Instructions
In water quality testing and food testing, distillation operation is a very common and very important pretreatment step. Traditional distillation equipment has independent heating, distillation, condensation, and receiving parts, which are cumbersome to operate and inefficient. The lack of distillation endpoint control often leads to distillation failure, affecting work efficiency. In addition, heating with open flames is very likely to cause bottle explosions, which is dangerous to operate. This product adopts intelligent integrated design, uses far-infrared ceramic heating devices instead of high-power electric heaters, and uses intelligent distillation endpoint control, built-in cooling water automatic cooling and reflux devices, and professionally designed condenser tubes and other technical means to achieve simple operation, automatic distillation, beautiful and practical, energy saving and consumption reduction, etc. It can be widely used in the distillation of volatile phenols, cyanide, ammonia nitrogen, etc. in water samples in the fields of environmental monitoring, water supply and drainage, disease prevention and control centers, etc.; and the distillation of sulfur dioxide residues, formaldehyde, alcohol content, etc. in the field of food testing.
