Product Introduction
The Jinan Shengtai ST201A1 Sulfide Oxidation and Purge System is a specialized pre-treatment instrument developed by our company based on the People's Republic of China standard using the "oxidation-purge-absorption" method for detecting sulfide in water.
This instrument features an integrated design with automatic acid addition, automatic nitrogen purge time control, and oxidation absorption, capable of processing 1-6 samples in one run. Each unit is equipped with an independent rotameter to control nitrogen flow velocity; PID heating temperature control program automatically raises the temperature to the set value, with automatic water shortage alarm and replenishment; a large LCD touchscreen enables intelligent pre-treatment for sulfide determination in water.
Ideal for environmental protection, scientific research, hydrology, and other units dealing with surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater, it serves as the perfect equipment for oxidation-purge-absorption pre-treatment of sulfide.

  • Constant Temperature Water Bath Heating Unit:

  • The main unit features an automatically controlled water bath heating unit capable of processing no less than 6 samples;
    Water temperature adjustable between 0-99°C, with design temperature deviation not exceeding ±1°C;

  • Nitrogen Flow Control Unit:
    The main unit has a dedicated interface for convenient external nitrogen source connection, with an internal overpressure protection system;
    Allows individual adjustment of nitrogen flow velocity for each sample detection unit, with controllable flow range of 60-600ml/min;

  • Acid Addition Control Unit:
    Automatic acid addition function via LCD touchscreen, with acid addition unit's adjustment knob made of PTFE material to prevent acid/alkali corrosion;

  • Sample Receiving Unit:
    The sample receiving area is designed with convenient fixing rings for colorimetric tubes, ensuring stable and secure positioning;

  • Control Unit:
    Integrated large-screen LCD touchscreen designed as part of the main unit.
