Product Introduction <br style="margin:0px;padding:0px;list-style:none;color:rgb(71,71,71);font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px;white-space:normal;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);" />Jinan Shengtai ST201A1 sulfide acidification and air stripping system is a pre-treatment instrument specially designed for detecting sulfides in water, which is tailor-made by our company according to the "acidification-air stripping-absorption" method of "HJ 1226-2021 Determination of Sulfide in Water Quality Methylene Blue Spectrophotometric Method" of the People's Republic of China.
The instrument adopts an integrated design of automatic acid addition, automatic nitrogen blowing time control, acidification absorption, etc., and can process 1-6 groups of samples at a time. Each unit uses an independent rotor flowmeter to control the nitrogen flow rate; PID heating temperature control program, automatic temperature rise to the set temperature, automatic alarm for water shortage, automatic water replenishment; large-screen LCD touch screen operation and other programs realize intelligent pretreatment for water quality sulfide determination.
It is an ideal equipment for pre-treatment of sulfides in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage and industrial wastewater by acidification-blowing-absorption in environmental protection, scientific research, hydrology and other units.

  • Constant temperature water bath heating unit:

  • The main machine is equipped with a water bath heating unit with automatic temperature control, and the number of samples processed is not less than 6;
    The water temperature is adjustable between 0-99℃, and the design temperature and the actual heating temperature shall not be ≥±1℃;

  • Nitrogen flow control unit:
    The host is equipped with a dedicated interface for convenient external nitrogen source connection, and the system is equipped with an overpressure protection system;
    The nitrogen flow rate of each sample detection unit can be adjusted by a single hole, and the flow rate control range should be 60-600ml/min;

  • Acid addition control unit:
    The automatic acid adding function can be realized through the LCD touch screen, and the adjustment knob of the acid adding unit is made of polytetrafluoroethylene to prevent corrosion from acid and alkali liquids.

  • Sample receiving unit:
    The sample receiving area is designed with a clamping ring that can easily fix the colorimetric tube to ensure that the colorimetric tube is stable and firmly fixed;
