On January 20, 2018, Jinan Shengtai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. conducted an on-site audit of the intellectual property management system certification under the guidance of Jinan Chengzhi Trademark and Patent Office Co., Ltd. The audit team of Zhongzhi (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongzhi Company") was invited to conduct the audit. The audit team included 4 auditors, 7 departments, and was divided into four audit groups.

The purpose of this on-site audit is mainly to evaluate whether the establishment and operation of the intellectual property management system meets the requirements of the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standards" (GB/T29490-2013) and its effectiveness, so as to determine whether certification and registration can be recommended.

After one day of intense on-site audit, the experts of the audit team believed that our company, as a company new to intellectual property standards implementation, had formulated procedures and documents of good quality in operation, a sound organizational management system, and good implementation. No serious non-compliance with the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standards" was found during the audit, and it met the recommended requirements.

As a result, our company successfully completed the standard implementation work, which also marked that our company's intellectual property management system has entered a new stage.
