In 2017, our company was commissioned by a confidential unit to develop an instrument that can detect tritium in water. The traditional experimental equipment they used was extremely simple and crude, and the conductivity change of the distillate needed to be measured at any time during the experiment, which was very inefficient. They occasionally went to another environmental monitoring station and saw one of our intelligent integrated distillation instruments. Although most of the functions could be used, it would be better if some functions could be improved according to their experimental requirements.
According to the client's commission, our R&D colleagues worked overtime for several months to develop the machine, including drawing adjustment - prototype - debugging - improvement - experiment - further improvement - finalization. Finally, we trial-produced two prototypes and sent them to the client for trial use, which received enthusiastic praise and positive affirmation from the user.
The new fully automatic water tritium purifier has the following advantages:
The heating system uses a more stable and efficient far-infrared ceramic heater;
The cooling system adopts a built-in compressor cooling cycle design, which can be used continuously for one year without changing water;
Can automatically set the single hole distillate quantitatively and at a fixed time;
The conductivity value of the distillate can be set and the distillation operation will be automatically carried out according to the set conductivity value;
Automatically clean the cooling pipes one by one
