Announcement to the Industry Alliance: Rejecting the Disorderly Competition of Low Quality and Low Price, and Promoting the Healthy and Healthy Development of Industry Competition

       Recently, the highly anticipated centralized procurement of a provincial capital city announced the winning results, causing an uproar among industry insiders. The winning prices of several bidding sections were only more than 40% of the budget price; many products in the package were far below the industry average, and even fell below the industry average cost line. The product of a certain OEM manufacturer won the bid at less than 30% of the budget price.
       This kind of trick of killing one thousand enemies and injuring nine hundred and nine of oneself will lead to four bad consequences:        

      First, it will put the budget preparation unit of the purchaser in an unbearable situation. Who is so careless and absurd?        

      Second, it will put the industry development in an extremely unfavorable situation, and the bad money will drive out the good money. If all purchasing units across the country prepare budgets based on this winning bid price, many manufacturers will be unprofitable and have no way to go. It will be difficult for them to survive and develop healthily for a long time. Third, some of the winning products are low-profile, low-priced, and incompletely developed freak products, which will bring a very bad experience to the laboratory operators of the user units and will be abandoned, resulting in a waste of multiple national resources. There are many precedents for such incidents! Fourth, the impact is far-reaching. From a small perspective, it belongs to the industry's internal circulation; from a large perspective, it seriously violates the national industrial development outline. Laboratory instrument manufacturing belongs to the direction of key investment and development guided by the state. In the long run, domestic enterprises will compete and squeeze, and internal fighting will not stop. Foreign brands are happy to see it and enjoy its benefits. The domestic substitution of industry to save the country will eventually become empty talk.       

       Although our company is small and has little impact, we do not want the industry to be inflicted to this extent. We would like to call on the relevant functional departments of the state to improve the relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible to guide the healthy development of healthy competition in the industry; we call on all entrepreneurs in the industry to stick to the bottom line of brand development, not to take the internal consumption route of low configuration and low price, stagnant technology, and lack of ambition, but to work hard to improve internal strength and increase quality and efficiency, to be strict with ourselves with the spirit of great country craftsmen, to take the responsibility of industrial revitalization and domestic substitution, and to take the road of long-term development, symbiosis and coexistence and a hundred schools of thought;

       First: All product accessories and consumables are purchased from domestic brand manufacturers, and some accessories are customized by ourselves. We will never purchase low-priced accessories and consumables at the premise of sacrificing quality;      

     Second: The first in the country to offer a five-year warranty for all mainstream products: During the warranty period, all damaged consumables will be replaced without charging any fees to the user;      

       Third: Every year, no less than 30% of the company's profits will be invested in the research and development of new products and the improvement of the quality and efficiency of old products, so that users can buy with confidence, use comfortably, and look happy;       

       Fourth: Do not take the initiative to provoke a price war at any time, but reserve the right to retaliate in self-defense.
