1.1 Reagent preparation: Prepare according to HJ484-2009.

1.3 Precision experiment: Use standard material for analysis of cyanide content in water (the standard material production unit is China Institute of Metrology, and the standard material batch number is 16098) to prepare three gradients of water samples with high, medium and low concentrations, and measure each sample six times in parallel. Calculate the relative standard deviation of the six samples at each concentration.
1.4 Accuracy test: The total cyanide standard sample in water (the standard sample production unit is the Standard Sample Research Institute of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the standard material batch number is 202260) is used for the test. Carefully open the ampoule before use, accurately measure 10mL of the concentrated sample from the ampoule into a 1000mL volumetric flask with a 10mL dry and clean pipette, dilute to the scale with 0.1% sodium hydroxide solution, mix well and use immediately. Take 100mL of the diluted standard sample solution to prepare 6 parallel samples, and conduct the experiment according to the experimental steps of HJ484-2009.
