Comparative Study of Automatic Distiller water and pretreatment total cyanide conventional distillation

Abstract: A Comparative Study of pretreatment methods were total cyanide in water. By the method detection limit, accuracy, and precision recoveries contrast, the results show that the conventional distillation and distillation STEHDB-106-3RW intelligent integration instrument detection limits were 0.004mg / L, can meet Ministry of environmental Protection requirements of relevant standards. Both methods recoveries were 92%, 96%, precision 6.2%, 3.3%, respectively. Compared to traditional distillation, STEHDB-106-3RW intelligent integrated distillation apparatus is relatively high accuracy and precision, and can save a lot of time and manpower for Determination of Total Cyanide large quantities of water.

Abstract:. This article compared and analyzed different pretreatment methods on total cyanide in water through results of the detection limit, accuracy, the recovery of standard addition and precision The result showed that the detection limit of the pretreatment of conventional distillation and STEHDB-106- 3RW distillation was 0.004mg / L. The recovery of standard addition of two pretreatment methods was 92%, 96%, 96%. and the precision was 6.2%, 3.3%. Compared with the conventional distillation, the accuracy and precision of automatic distillations was higher. It took less time and less human resources by using automatic distillations. It is suitable for measurement of large quantities of total cyanide in water.
