A quick overview of the full text of GB/T 5750-2023 "Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water"

On March 17, 2023, a series of standards GB/T 5750-2023 "Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water" was approved by the State Administration for Market Regulation (National Standardization Administration), replacing the 16-year-old GB/T 5750-2006 "Standard Test Method for Drinking Water". The new standard will be officially implemented on October 1, 2023.

The GB/T 5750-2023 standard lasted for 5 years. After 3 rounds of soliciting opinions, 280+ units participated in the development and verification, and more than 500 industry experts participated in the revision of GB/T 5750, and finally it was done. The main features of this revision: greatly increase the high-throughput analysis method; greatly expand the application scope of mass spectrometry; focus on strengthening the detection method with a high degree of automation; further strengthen the people-oriented concept of standard making; fully reflect the matching of method standards and forward-looking. This website also pays attention to the latest developments of GB/T 5750-2023 in real time, and releases the latest news as soon as possible to feed the testing colleagues. Last month, we released for the first time: "GB/T 5750-2023 Standard Test Method Series Standards for Drinking Water—to be officially implemented on October 1" has attracted the attention of peers.

This time, the editor also collected the official version of the full text of GB/T 5750-2023 "Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water" for the first time. The following content is for learning purposes only. If necessary, please purchase the paper version.
