  • Developed according to the national standard GB5009.225-2016 "National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Wine":

    Contents: This standard replaces GB/T5009.48-2003 "Analysis Method of Hygienic Standard for Distilled Liquor and Compound Liquor", GB/T394.2-2008 "General Analysis Method of Alcohol", GB/T4928-2008 "Beer Analysis Method", GB/T15038-2006 "General Analysis Method for Wine and Fruit Wine", GB/T10345-2007 "Analysis Method for Liquor", GB/T13662-2008 "Yellow Wine", GB/T11856-2008 "Brandy", GB/T11857-2008 "Whiskey" ", GB/T11858-2008 "Vodka (Odka)", a total of 9 national standards for the determination of alcohol content.
    Compared with GB/T 5009.48-2003, the main changes of this standard are as follows:
    --- The standard name is changed to "Determination of Ethanol Concentration in Food Safety National Standard Wine";
    --- Modified the scope of the standard;
    --- Increase the density bottle method, gas chromatography and digital density meter method.

    Features:

    ▲ Heating system: The far-infrared ceramic heater with EU export certification is adopted, with low power consumption, high heating efficiency, and stable temperature rise;
    ▲ Cooling system: The main engine has a built-in imported brand compressor cooling water circulation system, the cooling water temperature can be controlled below 15 °C, the noise is low, and no external tap water or external cooling water circulation machine is required;
